    Overall - luxurious place with respectful staff at the reception desk. Newly decorated and decent size rooms with separate bathrooms and an electric kettle, refrigerators and glassware. Magnificent central location, short walk to different areas of the property, other attractions in Odaiba, and a monorail from main railway.

    Honestly no reason to complain. Decent size, recently refurbished room, helpful staff at the reception desk. The pool area is nice too. A gym and a sauna are available at extra charge. Stunning and lovely location with private parking on-site. Only 15 minutes walk from Tokyo Teleport subway station...

    Very confortable and clean.

    Not all the staff speak good english. At the check-in, at the reception, the man tried to record both my credit cards unsuccesfully, saying there's a problem, so he wanted the complessive amount of the payment cash! I had to ask him to "please" try again because it's impossible that 2 credit cards give errors! In fact, trying again, it worked, so we stay normally. It's strange I had to ask him to try again!

    Location; excellent access to Tokio Big Five via train leaving Le Daiba station. Nice clean room, not too big but sufficient size. Free lan- internet connection.

    No free access to fitness area and swimming pool! The first three days difficulties with my room key!

    Very close to Haneda airport .Transport to and fro using railway line very comfortable Quite spacious for a comparable Japanese Hotel Rooms .

    In spite of charging 14500 Yens per day , they have not provided with Breakfast ( Not understandable ) In anywhere in the world Gym facility with swimming and Sauna and steam is made mandatory with the price of the Hotel Room Tariff Contrary at this Hotel they wanted to charge each time 1005 Yen which is again not OK I now see that the same rooms were available there at $130 contrary to what we paid almost $190 which is very high.

    I have traveled all around the world during my career and on vacations. I have stayed in hotels close to 1000 nights. My experience at the Grand Pacific Daiba would rank in the top 20 % of my experiences. The hotel was well located and had very good dining choices and services. The staff was courteous and helpful and the service was seamless. My room was very clean and in exceptional condition. I was in Tokyo for a trade show at "Big Sight", the large convention center. The hotel was a very convenient 10 minute train ride from the center. It was a very pleasant 25 minute walk. If you are visiting Tokyo for a meeting at the convention center, I highly recommend this hotel as a good choice.

    I had only positive experiences at the hotel.
